The voice in the program told me that the markings on the tigers forehead was the chinese signs for the word KING, and in the tigers neck, the sign for BIG.

So the tiger was named KINg BIG,

And it was a good name, he was/is the biggest, strongest male tiger in that big area. And he truly is the King Big..
